The Service may utilize a proxy Internet Protocol address ("Proxy IP Address"). The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We make no warranty that the Service will meet your requirements, or that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We make no guarantee as to results obtained from use of the Service. You understand that access to or use of the Service is at your sole discretion and risk. You agree not to hold Velex VPN responsible, nor to seek indemnification, for damages arising from loss of use, data, or profits connected to the performance of the Service or failure in such performance, except where liability cannot be excluded by law. 2. Account & Security You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must notify us promptly of unauthorized use. 3. Privacy Policy Your privacy is important to us. Intellectual Property All software, interface designs, trademarks, and other IP associated with Velex VPN are owned by Velex Technologies Ltd. or its licensors. You may not reverse engineer, copy, modify, or create derivative works without written permission. 6. Disclaimers; No Warranties To the fullest extent permitted by law: - Velex VPN and its affiliates disclaim all warranties, statutory, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. No oral or written information obtained from Velex VPN or through the Service creates any warranty not expressly stated herein. - The Service, software, and any data, third-party software, services, or applications made available with or through the Service are provided "as is", "as available", and "with all faults", with no assurance that the software or Service will withstand attempts to evade security mechanisms or that there will be no cracks, bugs, disablements, or other circumvention. - We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or free of errors, viruses, or other harmful components, or that any of the foregoing will be corrected. You use, access, download, and transmit materials at your own risk. 7.
